    They sent the first pair and it didn’t work. Luckily I reached out and they sent a replacement with no questions asked. I appreciated how quick they responded and how quick they sent the replacement. Would highly recommend seller.

    I did get a package, it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a phone case and what I got was head phones. Well I contacted them within moments I got a response and a refund, I was told to just keep the head phones. So I guess everyone is human and makes a mistake. All good.Will buy from them again.

    The description wasn't quit as described. The advertisment said that it was an OtterBox Defender Case but when I received the package and opened it, it wasn't. I've always bought OtterBox. The only difference is there's no lettering "OTTER" on the case, other than that, you can't tell the difference. I'm really surprised and happy. If I need anymore OtterBox Defender Cases, I'll be buying them from this company. It's great.😀
