  Item arrived promptly and was as described. Item was packaged poorly with the sign put in a box with minimal bubble wrap and a label saying "Do Not Bend" however the sign was slightly bent and required gentle straightening.

  The 1913 article from The Cement Era magazine about the construction of homes in Forest Hills Gardens NY, arrived early, was very securely packaged and was exactly as described in the eBay listing and photos.
