  My experience with the seller was great! I ordered gifts for my sons for Valentine’s Day and was worried that I would not get them in time. However, before I ordered, I messaged the seller and they promptly let me know that they would get it to me in time. Not only did I get it in time, but I got it quite early. It was all packaged nicely and in great condition. My boys absolutely loved their gifts. I appreciate the seller being so responsive and professional.

  Item took over 10 days to be marked as shipped. Once it was updated to shipped 3 more days went by and USPS still never showed they had received the item, only that a label had been created. Currently in the process of requesting a refund through EBay’s buyer protection program cause I haven’t gotten any actual updates on the item or communications since I actually made the purchase.

  The item arrived a little later than expected and the seller did not communicate with me about the reason behind this even when I messaged them. However, the items came in good quality and the condition is well. The resolution is well and the product came as describe.

  Absolutely no contact from seller when I asked why my package was never shipped after 2 weeks. They created the label the day I purchased some items and never sent it. Beware.

  Great product and really good communication from seller. I think it took more time to ship than people usually expect, but then again I think people have no patience in today's world. So cute. And arrived in perfect condition. Will buy from seller again.
