  This seller is awesome. The device was packaged very securely and looks just like new as was communicated. They made a typo in the listing which was misleading. Upon receiving the phone I messaged them and they gave me a partial refund of an amount more than I thought. This is real customer service. I highly recommend dealing with seller. Great job. A+ 5*

  The description of the product was disappointing. The product did work. The return went well. I'm still awaiting the refund. I'm not completely disappointed. The seller did offer a discount on the item but I just wanted a less damaged product. I can't complain about the seller. The seller should be a bit more descriptive about the product with more pictures of the issues.
