  Rebecca was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and going above and beyond with my requests. I am often cautious about buying second hand, but the seller was completely transparent with her detailed description and the panel's were exactly as described! Postage was also very speedy! I would purchase saddle parts from here again!

  So very pleased with this item. Beautifully clean - better than described in fact. Speedy by name, speedy by nature as posted and received quickly, parcel was very well packed so it arrived safely in perfect condition. Really outstanding service from seller who really cares about customers and answered all of my annoying questions, wouldn't hestiate to come back again, great value for an outstanding saddle, we can't wait to use it!
