  Super fast shipper! The radio, itself, is extremely good looking, and appeared to be brand NEW, although, it was listed as a refurbished unit. It's functioning perfectly, in my Ram 1500. I had a quick question, and they took my call, and answered my email, promptly! I would definately say that their Customer Service, Is FANTASTIC! If you need a radio like this, you can't go wrong, getting it from these guy's!
