  Fast shipping, product arrived in great condition. There was an issue with the magenta and cyan toner seen in the attached image, but the seller has contacted the manufacturer about the issue and issued me a refund. Overall, I would be happy to do business again!

  When item didn't ship out, I reached out for an update/status. Seller quickly responded and resolved issue. Cartridge was received and it works in my xerox workcentre printer. No issues. Would buy again from Seller.

  The item that was sent was not at all what I ordered. It was useless. A plus was that customer service was trying to make it right, but it was ineffective, as when i asked for replacement i was given a tracking number, but the "replacement" never came. So quality was disappointing. The condition of the shipment was a dilapidated box, with a partial set up for I am not sure what. The value exchange was poor and i ended up getting a refund, which was quickly processed.
