After leaving a negative review I received a phone call from the seller asking about my experience. When it was explained the seller offered trouble shooting advice and when it was an issue beyond that level, they offered to send another. I appreciate the follow up and communication. Although disappointmented it wasn t perfect the first time, the seller came through in the end.
