  Unfortunately, I received this item damaged. It did have to travel across the US ( I think the item was just too delicate) The company was very understanding and sent me a new one. The new one shipped the day they received my message. Great customer service and fast shipping! Would order from them again!

  Had a bad experience with this seller, I ordered an iPad case for an 11th generation and they sent me a case for an iPad Air, then they took so long to respond that Amazon had already delivered the correct iPad case. Then when i asked the seller for a refund I was told I had to pay to ship the iPad case back after they already acknowledged they sent me the wrong case
