  Initially had an issue with getting the processor to POST, swapping to an older bios version fixed that (H81 chipset) but the open and helpful communication from Specola was a great reassurance. Processor came well packaged in a shielded bag arriving quickly, in pristine condition just as listed, and the use of a voucher and my balance made this a really pocket friendly purchase! Top seller, great service and would absolutely use again.

  I messaged the seller prior to buying just to make sure it was windows 11 and would support future updates - it is and it does. Arrived on time, well packaged. Exactly as described. All components in tip top condition and of good quality brands. Just plug everything in as directed and away you go. I must just mention the communication which was excellent from start to finish. Extremely good value for money and I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  The desktop arrived in the best packaging I've ever gotten an item in, and immaculate condition, there was a slight miscommunication about specifications which the seller remedied immediately whilest being one of the most responsive and lovely sellers I've ever came into contact with, this is the best experience I've ever had with anything on ebay and I would highly reccomend this seller to anybody looking to buy from them

  Absolutely fantastic customer support, I’m not the most tech savvy person and I made a mistake on my order by ordering a pc with a processor that wouldn’t do what I wanted, As soon as I realised I emailed Specola straight away. I’ve never had such Excellent customer support like it. No matter how many questions I had , They were replied to very quickly and professionally, the pc came very well packaged, so no courier damage, fantastic quality pc and screen, I can Highly recommend Specola A++++++

  Amazing packaging and quick delivery! Item is in perfect condition and works great! No visible marks or damage to the display or housing. Communication was fast when a very slight issue was resolved. I would highly recommend this seller and I will be using them again in the future. The item was competitively priced but the free postage made it amazing value!

  they didnt want to send me a computer with broken cooling system so i had to wait a little more for delivery. it arrived with graphics card disattached so i had to connect it myself, but its fine, normal thing that happens on transport. very good communication and i recommend this seller. big thanks!
