I reached out to this seller in advance but they didn't know if there would be any installation hardware included, so I chose to 'roll the dice' and see what arrived. It was missing one base, but I contacted the seller who got in touch with Tein and they shipped me a new one right away. My issue was with eBay originally telling me this item had 2 day shipping before I ordered and then after I ordered the delivery date changed to almost a week later. So to not take away from the seller who had great communication with very quick responses I gave 5 stars. eBay as a whole I give 2 stars.

Unbelievable turn around time! Ordered item on 12/13. And it arrived in 3 days!!! Way ahead of the through date of 12/26. Especially since this is the holiday package shipping season.
