  One of if not the best seller i have encountered on eBay. Initial item was wrong size. Seller sent different size with next day delivery and even some free vacuum air fresheners. Responded promptly to all my messages and truly went above and beyond. Have earned a customer for life. Cant recommend this seller enough 10/10 ⭐

  Extra week on the delivery time, which was between the seller marking it dispatched and the carrier confirming receipt. It is a busy time of year. This wasn’t a problem for me in this instance but not as advertised. Communication was good when I queried the absent package. The products were described accurately and are very good for the price so I’m happy with my purchase.

  I ordered three Hoover vacuum cleaner filters, however seller only had one left. He immediately contacted me to advise of the issue, sent me a partial refund and posted the remaining of my order via Evri. All this happened yesterday and my order has just been delivered today. This is what makes eBay sellers stand out from the crowd! Just amazing 👍 Definitely 10+🌟 from me!!

  After initially receiving the wrong products, and despite some challenges in getting the information at my end received by them, once all was clarified, an apology was duly sent to me, and I was quickly refunded. The correct items were then swiftly sent, along with additional items to enhance the efficiency of my vacuum cleaner. Great customer service, above and beyond!

  Despite the fact this item was not delivered on time, I firmly believe that was an issue with the courier and not the seller. Once I had contacted the seller, they were very helpful and arrange for a replacement order to be despatched via royal mail. The customer service provided by the seller could not be faulted. I will definitely be buying from them again 👍👍👍

  Great product as ordered and well packed. The only problem I had was with Evri/Hermes, 2/3 day delivery took them 7 days. Good seller, rubbish delivery company.
