  I had an excellent experience with this seller! The Roomba i5+ arrived exactly as described in the listing. The vacuum is practically brand new, with no visible signs of wear or damage.   The negative rating is mostly due to lousy communication. I received an item completely different from what I ordered. Notified the seller and to his credit another shipment as underway with tracking. Unfortunately, it was also the wrong, but in the correct packaging. Notified seller and no response for 2 days. I suspect he just got frustrated? eBay refunded but a waste of time for everyone.

  The seller described a 4 pack of "10" year battery units. I received only (2) "10" year units with the other (2) units being of the "AA" type that require constant battery replacement. I contacted the seller on 8/28 and subsequently we agreed to a return and full refund. I have not received any information since, with regards to the return/refund process and timeliness.

  Just as described, I ordered 2, seller send only one, and when I contacted the seller about the missing one, they went right away and refunded the one I didn't get. Very responsable seller, A+++
