  The plugs were in good condition, although a few had slightly withered due to the Royal Mail delaying delivery (I wasn't in when they arrived and, instead of leaving the package, they took it back to the depot, leading to a 2 day delay). This delay wasn't the seller's fault, but nevertheless, communication & help were fast and helpful. I"m grateful for that, as the real A star Ebayers are the ones who do the right thing when things don't go to plan. Just as happened here. Thank you for that.

  Plants seem to be doing well after planting. Well packaged and delivered quickly. Although the postage was reduced for second and subsequent items I felt the total postage could have been lower. However, the seller communicated well and provided a good service.

  Not quite as advertised but ok. i grow several species of mint and recently added these to my collection. No leaves on arrival and only 2 of the plants sprouted. delivery was fast and communication good. Postal charges were fair and items well packed. cheers.
