Unfortunately, I had to return it because it didn’t fit my Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 7378. That was entirely my mistake—I had ordered the wrong part. Their customer service was outstanding! The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful and guided me to the correct part I needed. I highly recommend this seller—100% satisfied.

  Great seller. I had an issue with the original battery that was shipped. I carefully documented the problem and contacted seller. Seller shipped a replacement battery immediately and the second battery worked. Great customer service. The battery that was shipped was the OEM battery, the real things. Very pleased with the value of the battery. The battery looks new with no blemishes.
