  Mark, was available to communicate and excepted reasonable offers on a number of items over the course of a couple weeks. He considered my previous purchases when excepting or counter offered his best price. The items arrived quickly and packaged overly well to ensure safe delivery.   Fantastic shipping times. Five days including the weekend. Packaged with extreme care which kept it in exactly the condition I saw on the ad. Every detail was as described or better.   throne base is as described, good price compared to what others are going for, packaged well. shipping was terrible--took seven days to get the part i bought, especially when i live 8 hours away in illinois. NOT his fault!!!! He can't help that the postal service are morons when it comes to shipping. would buy from again! all in all was a great deal!

  This seller has outstanding customer service, great communication and fantastic value. The shipping was super quick, packaging was more than adequate and the item was just as described.
