  Everything about this transaction was perfect. The item listed was as advertised and the seller was very responsive to my counter offer. My drum was shipped and arrived earlier then had been promised. The packaging was very professional and my drum also had new heads on it. A top notch organization!

  Cymbal packed in original box. Plenty of foam peanuts to prevent damage. Cymbal looks like new. A cord was left out of the package. I contacted Yager and Mark Yager responded immediately. The cord is on route. Flawless transactions are great but it's what you do when it's not flawless. I hold Yager in higher regards because of how they handled the situation. Kudos Mark. Nice customer service. Yager can be trusted and counted on!
