  Have to share this: the unit I received was defective. I sent an email “please advise” we all know that sometimes things happen as was the case here. That being said, I got an actual phone call from Allison, they went above and beyond to fix the issue and take care of me. They sent me a brand new unit, loaded with “swag” and even sent it Sat delivery w/UPS. I’ll tell anyone looking for Car Audio, “you cant go wrong with Sound of TriState.”Allison was wonderful. EXCELLENT People to work with!!!🙂

  Great deal, wonderful seller. Used SwingStep arrived in its original box, super well packed, in like new condition…. for HALF the cost of a new one!   I received an offer for a refurbished Audison amplifier that I was looking for and refused, only to realize that it was a good deal that I was offered. I contacted them to see if they could extend the offer aging so I could purchase immediately. They explained that they couldn't do it for whatever reason, only to make me an offer for a brand new unit that I couldn't refuse. It was such a great price that I couldn't refuse, and it was a much better deal for the new amp. Thank you again

  Another flawless transaction. 5 stars Great communication, packaging and fast shipping. I have purchased some refurbished amps from this seller and have to say they were in near mint condition. I was skeptical at first because in the past (from other sellers) I have bought used/refurbished amps and they looked like they were on the frontlines of a war. Sound of Tri-State is the only seller that is saved in my favorites. Hope to do business again, soon!
