  I just received this item. It was exactly as described and a good value. The item was carefully and thoughtfully packaged. the vendor communicated with me on a timely basis, answered any questions I had, and was willing to negotiate on the price. The item was beautiful and I look forward to wearing it. I will certainly continue doing business with this vendor in the near future.

  This seller did a bait and switch on me. Nowhere in the description did she say that this set was incomplete. She emailed me after I made the purchase to tell me that she did not have the backing for the earrings and that she was going to send me silicone. Why on earth would I want silicone backings when I was trying to buy a 14-karat gold set with pearls? This is a bait and switch. Buyers beware, and she doesn’t accept. Return returns.

  The set is exactly as pictured, earrings have no backs. When you purchased it I wrote to remind you that there are no backs, but I'll give you 3 sets of silicone backs for free, and you canceled the order. There was no backs listed, pictured or implied in any way. I also canceled the order before shipped as per your request. Why the no return had anything to do with this? You did not want the item and the item was never sent, nothing was promised or implied. Please remove your negative feedback.
