  Package arrived well wrapped, however, upon opening the box, The packaged arrived on time. The first wrapped item, sugar bowl with lid was in perfect condition. However, the second wrapped item (creamer, which was the one I actually wanted) was broken in about 30 pieces (I stopped counting after 20) It is hard for me to understand why 1 piece was intact and the other completely crushed. Since this is my first time dealing with glass, I do not know how to proceed from here.
