Communication was difficult and sporadic. After working with “Sophia” for two weeks I asked that the items be returned and credit issued that was accepted, however, cost to return by DHL was approximately $114 which was about 1/2 what I paid so I decided not to toss good money after bad. BEWARE IN DEALING DIRECTLY WITH A CHINESE BASED CONCERN YOU HAVE LITTLE RECOURSE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE.
