  The seller sent me cheap vending cups instead of the brown ribbed disposable cups. After several messages, photos of cups & labels to them, they acknowledged their mistake. However, they offered a 15% refund & for me to keep the cups. I have requested a full refund as these are not the cups I ordered but despite many messages to this company, I have not had a response.
