  On picture shows you got aluminum emblem, which is why I buy when i open package there is no emblem. I have one with emblem and want them to match are you able to send just emblem? Also, saw driver delivering as I open door, i hear loud thump as driver aggressively drops box at garage. I tell him hope you don’t break it. His reply was its heavy. No excuses. And when opened, sure enough there is a dent in the corner. Stars not for delivery,. But I wanted to let you know,. Please send me emblem.

  Subs came with box just a little banged up but that was probably from fedEx but opened up and everything looked good. Also was pretty fast shipping. Hooked up today and then things sound amazing. Way better than I actually suspected. Only thing I’d recommend is put the box with the subs into an another box for extra protection when shipping.these delivery services don’t care about your packages and just bang them up. Other than that A+seller and would definitely purchase from them again

  Item was shipped rapidly and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately FedEx may have been heavy handed when transporting it. It was a heavy item and arrived a little damaged. After letting the seller know they were accommodating and gave me a couple options. Seller is responsive. A++ experience would use them again and have already. Also, they sell their products at a reasonable price.

  There were a couple mistakes in my order one on my part. One on the companies part. Needed to return. They gave me a free return shipping label and no hassle refund once they received the item and inspected that it was in the same condition as that they sent it, which was brand new in the box sealed they offered me a good deal on it. This is a good company. I will do business with with them in the future thank you sonic electronix. I recommend this seller!
