  First class service. Order delivered within the quoted time, order was packaged securely with bubble wrap which meant my whole order arrived safely and intact, even though there were a few thin barrels that could have suffered. The models themselves were even better than expected and certainly exceeded the description. Very good value for money and clearly a first class seller. I would recommend them thoroughly and will have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you.

  Item took a little bit to be made and sent out but arrived in great quality and condition wrapped in bubble wrap and in a sturdy box. Even arrived with a free item as communicated by the seller due to the delay and thank you to them for that and keeping us updated that not long after purchase the seller was going on holiday for about 10 days but was not too bad or long to wait and items arrived safe and sound. And with great print quality and appearance many thanks my son is really happy.

Some 'scale' issues noted with this 'big 20mm' wargame model, but when contacted, the seller worked very hard to address the issue, and resolved the matter to my total satisfaction.
