  ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ Should leave negative feedback but I won't. Seller just slapped a shipping label on the profuct. Naturally, it arrived busted opened and art pencils all scrambled up. I wouldn't buy from you again. At least wrap some Saran wrap or something around it lol.

  Though the courier delivered to wrong house and I lost my order, seller provided great communication and full refund. What I was ordering is no longer in stock, so I could not replace order. Will try and shop again! A+++ for communication with unfortunate carrier.

  The item was mis-delivered by UPS which confounds me because they've delivered to me before at this address. I got in touch with them but they were unhelpful. When I reported this to the seller they sent me a refund immediately even though it wasn't their fault. Thanks guys.

  Items were shipped quickly. It was confusing that it was shipped UPS, but was delivered by Amazon in Amazon packaging. Tracking was through UPS and said "delivered", but not delivered to me. They showed up later from Amazon so I guess they were delivered to Amazon. But at least I got them. The two packages of sphagnum moss were smaller than expected, but I guess they are ultra- compressed to be 60 qt in such a small package. Otherwise the moss looks very clean.
