  I got the used software CD. But finally I realized it is just a demo version. I contacted the seller and she is willing to refund me the money. I will mail the software CD back soon. Good customer service. Quick response. Happy experience.

  The color in the photos is off - the backpack is definitely a burgundy/plum color, but otherwise it's in excellent condition and it's really nice. Seller ships incredibly fast too which is a huge plus!
