  Item was shipped promptly and arrived in about a week. When item arrived it was new in the box and in perfect condition, looked great and overall quality was excellent just like listing said.   I originally received the wrong doll but the vendor was a total professional and sent the correct one after I contacted him/her. I was the one with the problem because I went on vacation for a month and was delayed in returning the incorrect doll to the vendor. The vendor was patient and worked with my schedule and I will be more than happy to work with them again!

However, part of my order was initially sent to the wrong person, which caused a longer delay in receiving the correct items. Despite the mix-up, the seller handled it professionally and made things right. Overall, a good experience with some shipping hiccups.
