Great to deal with as I made a mistake in the collection address, issue was dealt with within 15mins and order was packed to go to correct postal address.   My only issue here is that l can't leave more stars. Buying from this seller has been my best ever experience on Ebay. The camera l bought is a Nikon 1 J2. It arrived perfectly packed, and exactly as described. It's mint, and I've already used it and love it. Bought yesterday, mailed overnight arrived this morning (Royal Mail, great). Seller even sent me a kind message to say it was on the way. Have already bookmarked his site. Will buy from them again, no worries. 100% recommended.

  Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with eBay. Asked Rob a few questions about the item which were answered very quickly with all the relevant information. I bought it and it was delivered within 48 hours, with an accompanying letter inviting me to ask anything I wanted to know about photography.   I've been on eBay since 2004 and this is the very best experience I've had to date. Rob was extremely generous with his advice and was more interested in making sure I got the right outcome for my photos than he was in selling me something.
