The shoe box was taped directly without any outer packaging, which is not standard shipping etiquette and lacks professionalism. The pair of shoes in New condition was shipped in its original box without any other packaging. Which pretty much destroyed the box, which I would've otherwise used to store the pair, or for something else (those are nice little boxes). For the price of a new item that's very close to its MSRP, buyers should be able to have the box in new condition, too. Shoes unfortunately didn't fit, so I returned them. Refund was slowish to be issued as well.

They were shipped in just the original shoe box, sealed with clear tape, with no outer protective packaging. I like to keep my shoes stored in their boxes, but this one arrived damaged and unusable. Better packaging would have made this a much better experience.
