The seller went above and beyond to respond to questions truthfully and to the best of ability. Great experience in my dealings and negotiations with the Seller.   My second purchase from this seller and no disappointment here. The item arrived very well packed for the transatlantic journey and was accuartely described and as pictured. For a used item it was in very good condition and complete with all accessories. Being genuine Tektronix means good quality, but at a price. In this case I feel the sellers price was quite reasonable. Again, very pleased with this transaction, and would recommend this seller, despite the distance.

  Came from the USA, so shipping was high, but NOT their fault Ebay didn't say that VAT would be collected, but it was, Packaging was excellent Seller's description was on par Excellent value but the whole turned out to be more than I'd have paid if I'd bought from the UK (so in all, not exactly a 100% positive experience, again, NOT the seller's fault)

  Outstanding eBay seller, excellent communications, very accurate and well documented description, professional protective packaging and immediate shipping. The Tektronix TDS5052 Oscilloscope is in very good used condition overall but with some operating system issues, a great starting point for restoration. I have this seller on my favored sellers list for their many high-quality items, great pricing/negotiating and excellent packaging/shipping.

  A great purchase; the device works very well. The price/quality ratio was also good in my opinion. The shipping costs were also relatively reasonable considering the weight and such fast delivery. Good communication and very careful packaging. A professional company where I would definitely buy again.
