Seller had a different size & color in their listing than in their description. When I asked the seller to confirm the color & size before shipping, only responded with OLIVE GREEN + already shipped. I asked for the size again & the response was "size was advertised". When I sent screenshots of the discrepancy, response “insanely cheap". When pants arrived, the tag with the size was cut off. Reported to EBay, they see nothing wrong.

Seller didn’t want to hear it, didn’t want to even give me an exchange. Definitely didn’t want to refund me. It was only $ 35.00, which I spend hundreds every couple of months so the issue wasn’t really the money as it was the principal of the matter. Seller knew that they are sending buyers wrong sizes, new and expecting the buyer to do nothing about it. I’m doing this for the next buyer. So they don’t get screwed.
