  Seller sent the wrong item then denied it, claiming it was the correct item (it wasn't). Despite trying to resolve with the seller initially, I was only provided with a partial refund. I had to open a case with eBay, who stepped in to quickly issue the full refund that I should have been offered by the seller in the first place Have ordered from this seller many times with no issues, so it was a shame to have this interaction

  We did NOT send the wrong item. The correct item was sent and checked before dispatch and upon return the item numbers were checked again and it was the correct item. As described in the listing colours can vary this is due to lighting and which device is being used to look at the item. A refund was then given upon return of the item.
