  The item was better than described. Good quality. Condition is new. It appears it gonna be good for a long thime. I would definitely buy from this seller again and would highly recommend it.   The beanie is very qualitative and insulates very well (the outer layer is 80% wool). It's the 2nd one I have, the 1st one I ruined it in the washer, so better wash it by hand. It arrived new and on time, it was well packaged. Very happy with the purchase and the seller.

  After 2 failed attempts at what looked like the carrier ground up the packaging, loosing the contents, the 3rd attempt was a success. This seller went out of their way to make it right! Communication was excellent! I would definitely buy from this seller again!
