There was no communication about the switch and I am unable to contact seller through e-bay. Very disappointed. Avoid this seller. Too late to return. It was received as a gift and put on the bed. The mistake was unknown to them.

Why describe the item as one brand and send something else. I don't know if the Duvet insert would be considered equal Quality or better. I DO NOT LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO SALE ME ONE ITEM AND SEND SOMETHING ENTIRELY DIFFERENT. I ordered a snowman duvet insert and I want that shipped to me.
