The only unfortunate situation was using UPS to deliver our package, which is still sitting in their centralized depot warehouse for over a month. UPS refuses to help both the seller and buyer, even though we opened a claim for the package. Seller did process a refund for not receiving my package. All due to the incompetence of UPS service. Other than that the seller is A++++++! I would recommend this seller!
