  Customer service was AWESOME! The owner of the shop realized he had 2 different sizes matched as a pair and he called me on the phone, sent pictures of some alternative pairs I could choose from and did an “even exchange” even tho I think the pair I wound up with was more than the mismatched pair! They were delivered in like 4 days (including a weekend!) This is a class-A shop and the owner is 100% customer service based/oriented! Thank you!

  Super fast delivery. Thanks! The boot laces are new and perfect but the packaging was beat up. Lots of stuff sits at retailers for years and then migrates over to Ebay with damaged packaging. Sellers should mention packaging for expensive items...nobody cares about a boot lace package.

  There was a little hiccup in the transaction, however this seller was more than willing to fix the problem. The seller was very pleasant to work with. I will definitely be saving and buying from again. The shipping was super fast. Overall I am very satisfied with the whole process.
