However, I contacted the seller who responded straight after the weekend, the correct books were sent out immediately and arrived quickly, in perfect condition. 5 ⭐️ customer service! Highly recommended for value for money and quality of service.

The seller provided a Royal Mail 48hr tracking number which didn't update beyond the fact it had been created and that Royal Mail were awaiting my parcel. My 5 stars is due to the fact that the seller was very prompt in responding to my messages, and when I requested a refund after 7 days - having given up and bought the book elsewhere - I was given a full refund immediately. Stuff happens. I don't know where my parcel is, but the seller dealt with it :)

I was given 2 different times for delivery but in fact it was delivered at neither time. I was in but the deliverer never even bothered to ring the bell and left the books in a recycling bin without even advising me of this. I had never arranged for any mail to be left in a recycling bin. It is important to have a halfway decent delivery service for Ebay. This is the worst delivery I have ever had.
