The customer requested the product to arrive before Christmas, but we informed them it wasn’t possible and offered to cancel the order. We also explained that we don’t ship on Saturdays due to holiday rush and warehouse closure. The customer canceled the order, and we issued a full refund. Despite this, they left negative feedback. We love our work and will continue to provide transparent and honest service.
