    I received the wrong colour item, and despite trying to resolve the issue, the communication has been awful. This was meant to be a gift for my daughter’s birthday, which has now passed, so I wasn’t even able to give it to her. Very disappointed — I would avoid this seller at all costs! Still to yet resolve and still to yet receive correct item ! Waste of £40 !

    This item didn't initially arrive for well past the date I would have expected which was no fault of the seller but eBay kindly refunded me for the item. The item then arrived and so I contacted the seller to explain the situation and say that I would be happy to pay for the item again. So the item is certainly good value and it was just that it was significantly delayed by the postal system.

    Was promised delivery between 26th and 27th Sep. I put in a complaint with Ebay on 29th and explained unless I received it by 30th I would require a refund. Seller ignored and shipped at 8pm on 29th, knowing full well it would not be with me by 30th! Made no attempt to contact me or show any transparency. I received this on Friday 5th Oct but I was away and am away for another 2 weeks. As I hadn't received on time I sourced some elsewhere, hence the request for a refund in my message.

    Wasn’t completely as described. No mention of it being a US import with a US 2 pin plug. No UK 3 pin plug. It also came with a cheap, used adapter which I definitely wouldn’t have trusted. Wasn’t “new” as I checked the warranty on Apple’s site and it had expired so definitely not worth the £85 at all. Seller didn’t respond to any of my messages but thankfully the ebay process meant I was able to submit a return request and get refunded. Purchased from Apple directly for £14 more instead.
