  This item didn't initially arrive for well past the date I would have expected which was no fault of the seller but eBay kindly refunded me for the item. The item then arrived and so I contacted the seller to explain the situation and say that I would be happy to pay for the item again. So the item is certainly good value and it was just that it was significantly delayed by the postal system.

  Post finally delivered on Sunday 19th. Must have been overtime delivering on weekend. Should have got here by 19th says on the envelope. Seller was ok with my querying delivery and offered to send another but hopefully hasn’t. Was what I ordered and packaging good. Dispatch good timing delivery poor thanks to post backlog Thanks

  I ordered a Glacier White Alexa speaker as the description advertised they sent a Black one I contacted them three times but they don’t reply to messages I asked EBay for return and refund that was sorted Thanks EBay I wouldn’t recommend this seller.
