  The product is as described but there was a few issues. The tube was taken out of the original box and put into a thin unprotected envelope. The tube actually leaked all inside the package. Luckily I was left with a good amount of the tube left so I’ll still be able to use it. But the top of the tube does just leak now when you apply pressure. Pretty disappointed in the sellers packaging I ordered a new product and received an opened leaking one.

  I ordered a shampoo and conditioner with pumps. The shampoo arrived without a pump. I contacted the seller who replied straight away & said they would get it sorted. 4 follow up emails over the next 5 weeks (no updates from the seller between my emails), each with a reply promising to get this sorted out I still do not have the product I paid for. Disappointing approach from the seller who could have resolved this straight away with a replacement product and a reply paid post bag.
