  The seller was quick to respond when I hadn't received my purchase on-time. The seller even refunded me 40% because of the mix-up. The item arrived soon after in beautiful condition. My item is so adorable that I'm actually going to order another one for my Christmas Village. Great experience even with the mix-up.

  Recieved this base and another in the same package. The rock base was amazing. Beautiful and well packaged. The other bases I Recieved are a completely different story. They were wrapped in plastic before the paint was completely dried. The plastic stuck to the bases. Where I was able to remove the plastic it pulled up the paint with it. I messaged the seller regarding the issues. They never responded. There has been no communication with the sellers at all.
