  Item was packed with 5 layers of different protective wrapping and cushioning to safely arrive in excellent shape. Even the string bookmarks were bubble wrapped! Item exactly as described and I'm very happy with it. Extremely communicative seller. Perfect buying experience!!

  Tal como se describe, buen embalaje, es un peluche sumamente genial, en lo personal andaba buscando esté peluche a buen precio, además que el vendedor fue sumamente generoso en ayudarme a subsanar algunos gastos extras; aunque el envío aquí en México fue muy raro ya que no se actualizaba el seguimiento de manera correcta, aunque obviamente ya no es culpa del vendedor, el vendedor lo recomiendo bastante

  Packaging was very nice & secure, package also came earlier than expected which was a nice bonus considering the overseas shipment. Overall a good experience!! Unfortunately the dolls feet seemed to be shoved into the boots which caused the rubber legs to tear but its unnoticeable when the boots are on properly. Doll was also easy to restore and kept in very good condition as seller described, totally recommend.
