  Good Seller , communicated with me right away when there was an issue with shipping , that package was stuck in one location for extended period and eventually considered lost. Seller initiated a refund promptly. Even though I never received product I appreciate this sellers initiative to follow through to verify shipped product arrives and to give a refund right away when there was a problem.

  Item very well packaged and looks new. Shipping was slow due to usps (package got held up in sorting facility). The seller communicated with me every step of the way and tried to resolve the shipping issue. I have no complaints with the seller and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

  Excellent eBay seller! Great communicator, allowed for additional items, combined shipping, and thoughtfully packed and wrapped each item! Even with the delivery driver plopping down the package, all 21 pounds of glass arrived undamaged and rested as if just having taken a beauty nap. I am glad I treated myself to my first set of matching Pyrex. Beautiful set of bowls, thank you!
