  Good morning, The seller promised me the product on 12-11-24, I received it on the 10th. I was quite impressed with the packaging. They place two in a white cardboard box. Then this box is placed in a sealed bubble-wrap plastic bag. Finally, these four bags are placed in a plastic shipping bag. The item is exactly described. I like them. What was the deciding factor for me to buy from this seller, than others? That’s easy. The price. Thank you.

  Initially, I was shipped the wrong item. I establish communication with the seller. They replied as soon as they could and revised the issue. They were kind and courteous. They also made sure I was completely taken care of. I highly recommend this seller. They did everything right and I really appreciate it

  After p lacing my order I noticed in tracking it that it took a couple days to ship. My concern was that my order was taking longer than I thought it should do to it taking so long to get out the door. When I contacted the company, they responded in a positive and professional manor. My order actually arrived earlier than expected. My purchase was of decent quality based on the price. I would that I will probably order again.

  Item as described, smooth transaction, fast “shipping”, item was purchased 12/14 and shipped 12/15. Estimated delivery dates were 12/19-26, item was delivered 12/24. So 9 days from California to Vermont. Packaging was lackluster. Overall I would say I am pleased with the purchase.

  Shipped fast. The appearance is as advertised. Arrived in good condition. Opened 3 and they all turned on and left to sit they were all within 1-2% of each other. Very responsive seller, for that alone I would buy from them again. Decent value. Quality is as advertised.

  The vender was a pleasure to do business with; product is as described. The only issue is the lighting modes were not the best, but this is a manufacturing issue and no reflection on the vender. Anyone with epilepsy may want to use caution. Also, shipping took nearly a week longer than originally scheduled. The vender promptly shipped the item, but after traveling half way across the country, the package sat at one facility for 3 full days and another for 2 days before finally being delivered.
