  The Samsung S22+ was received in perfect condition, exactly as advertised, and at a very attractive price. The seller's communication was excellent, and an initial out-of-stock situation was resolved in just two days. I was so impressed with the items and the seller that I bought a second S22+ for my wife. Buy with confidence.

  The item I was after was showing as in stock with estimated delivery in 2-3 days. Within hours I received a message that the variant I ordered would not be ready to ship for 2-3 days (in addition to the delivery) but other less popular variants could ship now. As I needed the new phone in a hurry I had to order elsewhere. SmartTek 19 for kept me up to date and processed the refund very rapidly. If they were happy for me to do so, I would use them again, but I'd contact them first to check.

  Phone became faulty after about a day's use however customer service was brilliant. Very responsive to messages and return postage label and refund received very quickly. Excellent communication, great ebayer.

  very good product i bought an iphone SE, the phone came in a good delivery time and i had to contact the seller before purchasing the phone and it was a fast and very friendly reply, would definitely use this seller again

  Sent a dirty, damaged, used phone, in an stained, damp box. Listed the phone as new, and thinks saying "sorry we sent the wrong colour phone" solves the problem. Seller completely ignored the 7 things wrong with it, which I did say in a message with 4 photos of damage. There is no screen protector, the box is stained inside from damp or a spill. I want the new phone that I paid for, or my £100 back.
