I contacted the seller who told me to return it for a full refund which went through quickly. It cost me a small fortune though to send it back to Hong Kong. The seller was very helpful with all my questions and queries, I really appreciated the communication and customer service and they promptly sent out a replacement which is working fine. I was nervous about buying a phone this way but I would totally recommend buying from this seller. Thankyou
