  Shipping took a minute but was nothing to do with the seller. I’ve had this issue with a couple other items taking the scenic route to get here. Item was well packaged and the seller was very involved with keeping me updated with the shipping status. Superb customer service. Item was in excellent condition and better than described.   I was long considering writing this review, but the expierence was sadly not what I imagined, it leaves me with mixed feelings. I bought six ships for Battlefleet Gothic for a good price, dispatch was pretty fast and communication with the seller was initially very friendly. Delivery time was also pretty fast for an overseas shipping. Packaging was carefull. Sadly the packadge contained none of the items i ordered. No reply from the seller after four days. At least i got most of my money back .

  I apologize for the issue with your order. All 6 ships ordered were shipped on 15 Aug and arrived at the eBay international forwarding hub on 21Aug. eBay verified the order contents & repackaged it for international delivery. The order was delivered on 2 Sept. eBay international shipping orders do not communicate the return request details with the seller, so the only information I have is your request was refunded by eBay. Please revise the inaccurate feedback, I had no opportunity to help
