  Item as described and seller is responsive. Replaced the faulty 'free' usb c cable that came with the phone. However, packaging could be improved - it was packed only in a light jiffy bag with a small cardboard on the screen... Extra bubble wrap would have helped secure the phone further. The postman dropped the item into the letterbox through the door, therefore packaging could be improve to allow for rough delivery handling/potential delivery drops. Thanks anyway.

  I am very disappointed. It was announced as dual SIMs. But in fact there was no possibility to insert the second SIM. It was confirmed in service centre where I asked to help. I sent the phone back immediately but the whole week is passed and still nothing: no response, no money. I am here as a foreigner and now without the phone and without money to buy new. Without phone I even could not communicate with ebay. I received email from them We tried to contact you, but weren't able to reach you

  Appalling customer service, would not recommend or use this seller again. I was due to receive the phone next day delivery, it wasn't posted until 6 days later. Had to chase it all the way, would not refund me, they kept saying it had already been posted! Communication extremely poor, please don't waste your money or time with this company.

  I expected a Samsung battery as that is what the picture showed. I got sent a Chinese copy instead. Asked the seller why it was a faulty battery and why it was a Chinese copy and he proceeded to tell me "it says unbranded". If the battery is unbranded then the picture should be of an unbranded battery. Nothing was written in the description either or title. Just says "replacement" in the title and picture of Samsung battery. Very misleading. Battery was Also faulty. Pictures provided.
