  Customer service was excellent. The first package got held up at a USPS regional facility for several weeks even though the seller shipped the item promptly. When I contacted the seller about it, they sent another part out that same day even though the fault was obviously with USPS. Highly recommended!

  This item was very well packaged from the seller to prevent damage in transit, with lots of bubble wrap and paper wrapping. It arrived in great condition and was just as the seller said and showed in photos. I would buy from this vendor again!

  I haven’t put the unit in because of all of the interior is out being wrapped, painted, dynomatted etc. however I’ve seen multiple clusters, and the sellers pictures of the unit on is enough for me, I am happy to have a cluster that corresponds with a L6 motor and can give my 318i cluster to someone who may need it. Super fast shipping!you can tell a lot about a seller from the way an item is packaged and the cluster was wrapped as professionally as they could. Would order from again. Thanks!

  see my other feedback. my biggest issue is the communication and their shipping prices. their products are as-advertised. in this example eBay charged me 19 dollars to return this item, yet they were charging 50 (!!) dollars flat for shipping in the US. they need to work on their communication and also make their shipping prices fair.

  Customer purchased items to be sent to him in Canada we shipped them to a address they provided in the sates, once the order was shipped customer realized that they will not work for their vehicle and opened a return, return shipping is always calculated less then the original shipping to save the customer money. Our communication is not the issue in this order as we responded to all of this customers questions. -Smartauto
