  Description was "new, open box" but there were some small signs of wear and it was not shipped in what I would consider a "factory" box, but I could be mistaken. The shaft was pristine and showed no signs of wear, so guessing it was not operated under resistance. Fast shipping. Good transaction.

  bougt the engine at a great price there was some what of a mix up during the shipping but i contacted the seller about missing the muffler to engine and they promply got back to me and shipped it the same day. i would recommend buying from this seller and i will be doing so again.

  HORRIBLY slow shipping time, was NOT shipped priority as advertised, poor communication, but a very good price and items actually were OEM parts as described. Hit or miss store I think. Quantity and not quality seller.

  Shipping was very timely. Product was described. There was a small issue with mismounting of one tire on the right rear wheel but the vendor responded with a solution and the issue was resolved rapidly and satisfactorily. I would happily do business again.

  i ordered a husqvarna 450 chainsaw NIB, and that is exactly what i got. serial numbers on saw and box match, oil tank and fuel tank were dry. saw has never been run, as advertised. seller provided an excellent price and product shipped faster than i expected. i am very pleased with this transaction and would not hesitate to purchase another saw from this vendor. thank you
