Unfortunately the shipping company trashed it. I called them, they said put it back on the pallet and they will set up a pick up. Saturday I got it back on the pallet emailed them, Brad responded within 6 minutes and with in 20 minutes I had all the shipping stuff and paperwork for a new one.i would 100% recommend doing business with this company!!! I so appreciate honest people!!!

Thank you. That was a relief. I believe they have just been busy. I just received my tracking information and hope to receive the unit soon. I researched the company, and they have been in this business for 48 years. If the unit arrives as they stated in a well refurbished state I will happily order gain, recognizing that they followed through. I may even buy my supplies through them.
